Nutrition matters, but movement is the other half of long-term weight management. The good news is that consistency counts far more than intensity.
What do the guidelines say?
The CDC physical activity guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week plus muscle-strengthening activities on two or more days. Many weight management programs aim higher over time, built up gradually. See also the CDC healthy weight resources.
A beginner-friendly week
- Walk 20 to 30 minutes on most days, building up as you feel able
- Two short strength sessions: squats, wall push-ups, rows with a band, a plank
- One fun activity: a bike ride, swim or dance class
- Move after meals: a ten-minute stroll is an easy anchor habit
Strength protects muscle
When you reduce calories, some muscle can be lost along with fat. Strength work, adequate protein and rest help protect it.
Pair it with your routine
Tie a daily wellness routine, including BurnForce capsules taken as directed, to a regular time such as breakfast. Habit stacking makes consistency easier. And remember that a keto-style plan or any diet works best alongside movement and sleep.
Listen to your body
If you have a heart condition, joint problems or have been inactive for a long time, check with your doctor first. Stop and seek help for chest pain, severe breathlessness or dizziness.
